Goal
To provide 75 percent of the needed funding to assist the Hue Provincial Health Department to construct/renovate CHC facilities, equip, set up the health information system, and provide training for commune health staff for all 152 CHCs. The Provincial Government is expected to contribute 25 percent of the remaining cost.
