To allow Jonathan Gould to spend two or three months at the Community Law Center in Durban, South Africa taking on three major projects: 1) to participate in, and help to evaluate, the training of rural paralegals; 2) to help develop a human rights education program for rural communities; and 3) to assist in managing human rights litigation.
