Goal

To support Redesigning Institutional Research at Foothill-DeAnza Community College District. The project has three goals: 1) redesign the student data base and use it to determine the effects of Foothill De-Anza’s programs on student outcomes; 2) redesign the institutional research function so that line administrators can use the new data base to make academic decisions as well as report student progress to the State; 3) study the effects of the change process on both the institutional research function and the institution as a whole.
