Organization Cultural Competence Assessment: An Intervention and Evaluation

Goal

To provide support to the School of Public Health for an applied research project to get and keep quality long-term care workers, to assess the impact of an organizational cultural competence intervention on certified nursing nursing assistants’ job satisfaction, and motivation on family perception of care, and on quality of care indicators.
