Goal
To support the Institute for Community Change to plan a local initiative to improve outcomes for children and youth in as many as four U.S. cities and states. The Institute will explore local capacity to help disadvantaged children and youth access quality afterschool and summer programmes, comprehensive adolescent healthcare, and caring mentors.
