Goal
To help foundations and grantees advance progress on crucial social issues by producing a publication examining the history of Atlantic’s support for strategic litigation. This Insights volume will detail how legal strategies were developed; what risks, challenges and setbacks were faced; and what was accomplished. It will also look at the ongoing impact of those efforts and summarize lessons learned from individual cases and key takeaways from this work.
