Jacqueline Waters Director of Digital Content and Strategy

Jacqueline Waters is the Director of Digital Content and Strategy for The Atlantic Philanthropies, supporting Atlantic’s website and digital platforms. She is based in New York.

In this role, Ms. Waters helps set strategy for Atlantic’s digital communications and oversees content development, production and outreach for Atlantic’s web properties and social media channels.

Prior to joining Atlantic, Ms. Waters was an independent front-end web developer for clients including the New York Philharmonic, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and The New School. She previously worked as a web specialist for Pace University and production editor for TheStreet.

Ms. Waters holds a B.A. in English from Columbia University and an M.A. in Liberal Studies from the City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate Center. She is the author of three collections of poetry, and her writing has appeared in Harper’s Magazine, Chicago Review and the PEN Poetry Series.
