Stop Indefinite Detention

Resource type: Video

This video, created by Human Rights Watch, addresses provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that would allow the United States government to hold terrorism suspects indefinitely without any real ability to challenge their detention.

Human Rights Watch, the ACLU, and Human Rights First are aiming to prevent passage of indefinite detention without charge legislation in Congress. The video links at the end to a campaign encouraging people to write their Senators if they live in the United States.
