Community Resource Exchange honuored Fran Barrett at their 30th Anniversary Gala on 16 March 16 2011. Prior to joining the Atlantic Philanthropies in 2010 as Director of Capacity Building, Ms. Barrett served as the Executive Director of Community Resource Exchange (CRE).
