To support the creation of an undergraduate Residential Semester Program focused on international migration and immigration to the U.S. The program is being developed by a consortium of universities and colleges based in the New York metropolitan area. The intention of the consortium is to include this program as an integral part of an international academic center to be developed on Ellis Island.
