To complete the first phase of building a continuous health improvement system by bringing in skilled professionals who successfully applied Toyota’s industrial techniques to improve quality, safety, efficiency and the bottom line in Pittsburgh, PA, hospitals. They will share their expertise, collaborate and explore how to integrate and customise their tools for use in the Cuban health care system.
