The Policy below is applicable to the website of The Atlantic Philanthropies located at atlanticphilanthropies.org and any other websites under Atlantic’s control. The Policy applies only to information posted by us or gathered online at these websites. It does not apply to information that you may submit to us offline or to websites maintained by other organizations to which we may link. For purposes of this Policy, “The Atlantic Philanthropies,” “Atlantic,” and “we” includes all organizations affiliated with or otherwise part of The Atlantic Philanthropies.

The Atlantic Philanthropies adhere to the highest standards of ethical practices in all of our operations and are dedicated to protecting the privacy of all visitors to our website. Atlantic’s website is published in and operated from the United States and is subject to laws of the United States and State of New York. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York, New York in any matter arising under or addressed by this policy.
