Goal
To support the project “”Student Assisted Independent Living (SAIL),”” (formerly entitled “”Community Care for the Aging: A Service-Learning Approach””). The goal of the project is to establish, support, and evaluate four to six new consortia of colleges and elder-care agencies designed to: 1) enhance the ability of the elderly to live independently; and 2) educate college students about aging and aging policy.
