To support the expansion of MentorNet – a new program that matches women undergraduate students in science, engineering, and math with men and women professionals outside of academia who volunteer to serve as their mentors. The intention is to help women stay with their chosen fields throughout college and into the work world. Electronic communications are key to the matching, training, and supporting of mentor-mentee relationships.
