To support Phase One of “”New Pathways: Faculty Careers and Employment in the 21st Century.”” This project is an effort to engage administrators, scholars and others in a discussion about tenure, issue policy papers, stimulate others to advance the agenda, generate discussion and eventually work with a network of specific campuses interested in changing the thinking about academic career paths and employment arrangements. This project is in partnership with the Center for Higher Education Governance and Leadership at the University of Maryland.
