Goal

To support a collaboration involving UNH’s School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration (SHRTA), Sodexho, a food service contractor, and the “”Hole in the Wall Gang”” camp to establish a summer fellowship for at least twelve UNH-SHRTA undergraduate students to serve at the camp. Students will investigate, study, and provide for the foodservice, nutritional and other special needs of the campers and staff at the camp. “”Hole in the Wall Gang”” is a camp for children suffering from cancer or serious blood diseases.
