Goal

To establish a fellowship program at Chapin Hall. Four fellowships will be provided annually to graduate and post-graduate students where they will be trained in policy research and community service that has as its objective a commitment to improving the lives of children and families through improvement of policies and programs affecting them. Chapin Hall is an independent center for the research and development of policies, practices, and programs affecting children.
