To establish an international exchange program for faculty and graduate students interested in understanding and exploring the implications of alternative views of human rights, particularly as they affect gender, sexuality and families. The project would train current and future faculty, produce innovative comparative educational materials, and infuse an international dimension into legal thinking and policy analyses.
