Expand support for dementia sufferers through improving advocacy

To develop a Northern Ireland-wide specialised advocacy service, including opportunities for supported self-advocacy, for people with dementia who are experiencing difficulty with the quality and/or availability of health and social care service. The project will work in association with key stakeholders, including people with dementia and carers, to develop appropriate and agreed models of self-advocacy, professional advocacy and counselling.
