To establish a Discretionary Fund for Professor Colin Bundy, Vice-Chancellor of the University of the Witwatersrand. The continuation of the Discretionary Fund during its three-year life will be dependent upon Professor Bundy holding the office of Vice-Chancellor of the University of the Witwatersrand.
