Goal

To support IIE’s Career Development Fellowship Program (CDFP) from 1994-95 through 1996-97. CDFP provides academic and practical learning experiences in the United States to black South Africans engaged in careers of service to their communities. The overall purpose of the program is to empower black South Africans by equipping them with skills and expertise that would enable them to enter careers that are critical in preparing for a post-apartheid society.
