Sarah Cooke Corporate Secretary

Sarah Cooke is the Corporate Secretary and head of the Bermuda office of The Atlantic Philanthropies. She is based in the Hamilton office.

Her responsibilities are managing the groups of international investment and services companies, maintaining statutory records, preparing meeting agendas, organizing and attending Directors and Members meetings, drafting meeting minutes, ensuring compliance with Bermuda law, and working with the Investment staff to implement investment decisions. She started with the foundation in 1998.

Prior to joining Atlantic, Mrs. Cooke was Corporate Manager of Codan Services Limited, the administrative services company of Conyers, Dill & Pearman, in Bermuda for eight years.

Mrs. Cooke earned the distinction of A.C.I.S. and P.Adm from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators at the University of Toronto. She has an M.B.A. from Brunel University in England and a B.A. in politics from Bates College.
